What forms of payment are accepted on www.capeleopard.org.za?
Our payment channel, Payfast, accepts Visa, MasterCard and EFT payments.

Can I buy over the phone or e-mail or fax an order?
We only accept a valid credit card as method of payment via Payfast – orders must be placed and paid for online to initiate the order.

Is it safe to use my credit card to make purchases on www.capeleopard.org.za?
Payfast uses up-to-date, safe, secure technology to ensure that your personal credit-card information is not compromised. The information is encrypted and never stored intact.

Where is the “CVV” number located on my credit card?
On Visa or MasterCard, the three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card’s account number.

Can I change my credit-card information?
You can change your credit-card information by visiting my account.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you click on the “Submit” button at the time of purchase. Please click on the “Submit” button only once.

How do I get my purchases?
In the case of merchandise we use registered post that requires a signature and can post to any address in South Africa. We will send you a tracking number for your item once it is dispatched. Generally delivery takes between five and seven days.
If you subscribe to our Environment magazine we will add you to the subscription list and post a copy of the current issue to you.
If you support the trust with a ‘spot adoption’ or any other kind of donation, you will receive an acknowledgement and a thank you in writing.
International enquiries
If purchases for merchandise originate from other countries the postage is automatically higher to cover air mail charges.
